Custom-priced based on equipment count and complexity. Most multi-tenant buildings and restaurants find this pays for itself in avoided emergency calls within the first year.
How fast can you respond to a walk-in cooler failure? +
Same-day for restaurant emergencies during business hours, and after-hours dispatch is available — food-loss situations get priority. We carry common refrigeration parts on the truck (defrost timers, condenser fan motors, contactors) so most calls are solved in one visit.
Can you handle an electrical job standalone, with no HVAC involved? +
Absolutely. We hold a full Texas Electrical Contractor License (TECL 317907) with a Master Electrician on staff (M# 39431). Panel upgrades, EV charger installs, dedicated circuits, generator transfer switches, commercial three-phase — all standalone work, no HVAC required.
Do you bid on new construction projects? +
Yes — single-home, multi-home subdivisions, and small commercial. We do real Manual J load calculations and Manual D ductwork design, not just code-minimum installs. Builders working on 5+ homes get volume pricing. Call to discuss your project pipeline.
